Day 01 – Cochin
Our friendly representative welcomes
you to Kerala at the Cochin Airport or the Railway Station. Check
in to your resort and relax. Enjoy shopping at Cochin by evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

02 – Cochin
Set out for sightseeing after breakfast
to the Mattancherry Dutch Palace, the Jewish synagogue, St. Francis
Church—the oldest European church in India, the Chinese fishing nets
and St. Mary’s Cathedral. Back to the hotel by evening. Overnight
stay at the hotel.

03 – Munnar: “The Southern Kashmir of India”
Check out from the hotel at Cochin and
proceed to Munnar, the “nature lovers’ paradise”. On arrival, check
in to the hotel/resort. IN the evening, proceed to Mattupetty dam/Kundala
dam for boating. On the way, make a visit to the echo point &
shooting point. A 7kms drive further will take you to the top
station for a spectacular view. Overnight stay at the resort.

04 – Munnar
Munnar, “The Gateway to the Hills”, has
the highest peak in South India – Anaimudi – which towers over 269
metres and Devikulam, a serene hill township which is a nature
lovers’ retreat. Trout fishing on the Devikulam Lake is a major
attraction. Eravikulam National Park is the best place to see the
Nilgiri Tahr, the mountain goat of South India. Overnight at
Munnar.

05 – Thekkady
Morning after breakfast, proceed to
Thekkady, the land of elephants, an unending chain of hills and
spice-scented plantations. Check in to your resort by evening.

06 – Thekkady
Morning after breakfast, proceed for
sightseeing at Thekkady, boating in Periyar Lake through the
wildlife sanctuary, spice plantation (coffee & cardamom) etc.
Overnight stay at the resort.

07 – Kumarakom
Proceed to Kumarakom after breakfast
and check in to your resort. By noon proceed for sightseeing at
Kumarakom, a unique backwater destination situated on the banks of
Vembanad Lake. Kumarakom bird sanctuary is a favorite haunt of
migratory birds from across the world, making it a renowned
bird-watching spot. It is also a centre for houseboat cruises.

08 – Alleppey
Check out from the hotel at Kumarakom
and proceed to Alleppey, the “Venice of the East”. It is famous for
its backwaters, boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine
products and coir products. Check in to your houseboat cruise.
Drift through the narrow canal flowing through paddy fields,
coconumt lagoons and coir villages in Alleppey. Overnight stay at
the houseboat.

09 – Kovalam
Morning after breakfast, proceed to
Kovalam, the famous beach known as “Paradise of the South”. This
marvelous beach is a tourist’s dream come true. Check in to your
resort and relax at the beach. Overnight stay at resort.

10 – Kovalam
Morning after breakfast, spend the full
day at Kovalam beach – a sheltered natural bay with cool soothing
palms and gentle waves, where you can explore the handicrafts,
jewelry and cloths shops spread along the waterfront. Overnight
stay at resort.
Day
11 – One-day excursion to Kanyakumari
After breakfast, set out on a full-day
excursion to Kanyakumari, the southern-most tip of India, where
three mighty water bodies—the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the
Indian Ocean converge. Visit the vamous “Vivekananda Rock”. Drive
back to Kovalam in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

12 – Drop at Trivandrum
We drive to the Airport or Railway
station with all check-in formalities. |
